What is the delivery policy?
All items are carefully wrapped as a gift and then sent via Laposte.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days and are shipped by registered letter without insurance.
The delivery time of the carrier: La Poste is 2 to 3 working days.
Jungle Lou cannot be held responsible for delays, damage and losses due to La Poste.
Also no refund is possible.
The products are delivered to the delivery address you gave us during the ordering process.
What shipping costs for France and abroad?
The shipping costs for clothing creations are fixed: for France 10 € and for Abroad 15 €. The shipping costs for the masks are fixed: for France € 7 and for Abroad € 15.
Exchange or refund an item?
In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return any item that does not suit you.
Beyond this deadline, Jungle Lou, will be free to refuse the exchange or refund.

The exchange or reimbursement of items can only be accepted if the items ordered are returned to us in their original and new condition, neither worn nor damaged, proper to their remarketing.
Jungle Lou allows himself the right to judge this state.
The return costs are your responsibility and must be done by registered letter, colissimo or registered mail in order to follow the traceability of the package.
Fabric masks are neither exchangeable nor refundable for obvious hygiene reasons.
Custom-made models are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Where do Jungle Lou clothing creations come from?
Part of Jungle Lou's clothing creations are created From A to Z, handmade by myself: drawing, patronage, cutting and assembly, in France in a workshop in the 9th arrondissement in Paris.
And another part is carefully sourced in France, mostly in Paris and completely transformed according to an inspiration specific to each creation.
